One things for certain we are creatures of habit. From showering, brushing our teeth, grabbing our coffee in the morning, to watching our favourite tv shows at a particular time in the day. We love these times because they give us a moment of comfort and pleasure in a world of uncertainty and chaos. The new year challenges us to take an inventory of our lives. To see whats broken and what needs fixing. The only problem is we are so stuck in our comfort zones we are either too lazy or too scared to try anything  new or different. And thats a shame because unless we find the courage to move and explore new territories we will slump further and further into our safety net. To live like this is not really living after all. We often hear it but its so true nonetheless and that is we only have one shot at this life. Only one chance to do the things we truly want to do but unless we face our fears and realise that we are greater than them we will live a life of mediocrity. So what's so special about next year for you? The year ahead will be exactly the same as the year you just had if you do not embrace change.
